Who we are

Y00R makes websites by chatting, at y00r.com. "We" and "us" on this page mean Y00R.

What we do

We make websites by chatting. You can make a free page, or pay us to build and host a website for you, one year at a time: Basic and AI business-in-a-box.

The price is the one shown where you pay: on the checkout page, or on your invoice.

Free pages

A free page costs nothing. Anyone with its id can read its chat and change it, so keep private things out of it. You can lock a page to your email, and then only you can change it.

A free page goes to sleep 30 days after you last kept it awake, and one click on the link we email you wakes it. It is deleted 365 days after that last click, unless you buy a plan for it.

You can download any page's files as a zip. Anyone can report a page, and we read every report.

Paying

You pay on Square's or Stripe's own checkout page, and they handle your card. If the price allows it, you can split a year into 2 to 12 monthly payments.

Each payment of a payment plan is charged by itself. If one does not go through, we tell you (Square also emails you a link to pay it). A payment plan is how you pay one invoice, so you cannot stop it halfway yourself: ask us.

Renewals

A plan runs one year and renews every 12 months until you stop it. Where you pay, you agree to this: "Renews every 12 months: the same payments on the same card, until you stop it in your HQ." We email you 14 days before each renewal.

Stop renewing any time in your HQ (Your plan). Your site stays live to the end of the year you paid for, then nothing more is charged.

Invoices and refunds

• A voided invoice has nothing to pay: its reminders stop and its payment links end.
• A paid invoice stays paid. A refund goes back through the company you paid with, Square or Stripe.
• If you pay the same invoice twice, we refund one of the payments.
• If an old link to a voided invoice gets paid anyway, the payment counts and the invoice is paid.

Fair use

A paid site can be changed by chatting, live at once, up to 30 changes a day on Basic, 100 changes a day on AI business-in-a-box.

Our AI

Our AI writes pages and answers chats for us, and a person at Y00R reads every chat. AI can get things wrong, so look your page over before you rely on it.

What you put on a page

Your words, photos and business name stay yours. You let us host and show them so your page works. Only put up what you have the right to use, nothing unlawful, and nothing that pretends to be someone else. We may take down a page that breaks these rules.

The law

The laws of the State of Florida, USA, govern these terms.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed.
